Belt type and cylinder type concrete batching machine

Concrete batching machine is a sandstone proportioning device which adopts a loader or a belt conveyer to feed material, and it can be used together matched with the cement silo and other equipment. 1. The conveyer belt type: its structure is that the upper is raw material storage hopper, the lower part is the metering hopper, and the bottom is the conveyor belt for unloading, the storage hopper is used for the storage of raw materials to be matched, bottom mouth founder of storage hopper rightly faced the batching conveying belt. 2. A cylinder type concrete batching machine: its structure is that the upper is the raw material storage hopper, to increase the material storage capacity, the heightening plate will be set, the lower part is a measuring hopper: the integral metering hopper can be equipped under all the ingredients door, so that all materials can turn into the same material with the metering hopper (cumulative metering). In addition, the separate metering hopper (each of each feed) also can be equipped under the ingredients door; the materials by completed measurement will be transported into the lower part through the belt conveyor. Cylinder type batching material is employs the way of gravity downstairs. Therefore, the batching speed is very high, and it is suitable for medium and large mixing plant, now HZS50 concrete batching plant or more concrete mixing plant often use this type. For the large batching machine , in order to shorten the time, they are suitable for the separate measurement. Because the main role of batching machine is quantitative, accurate deliver a variety of materials, it can be distributed (but single material of each delivery best weight not less than 50Kg).
